Renewals and Rewards
Renewal season is in full swing at University Village. Don't miss your chance to keep the apartment you are in. University Village offers a protected renewal time period just for the benefit of our current residents. After that time period, you may renew but you are not guaranteed your current spot. Don't miss out on not having to change locations in the fall!
KSU Housing Internet Services
For today's college student, Internet access has become more of a necessity than just a luxury. To meet the needs of our residents, University Village offers KSU Housing service. KSU Housing is our dedicated and managed high-speed Internet service available in every bedroom. Browse the web at lightning speeds and easily access online classes by the click of a button. With KSU Housing service, you can avoid wasting time with busy signals and slow connection speeds with dial-up service.
As a completely independent system, KSU Housing does not require any additional services from the telephone and cable companies. Most companies actually require basic service even before high-speed Internet is an option and then require a contract! KSU Housing does not require any hardware rental, deposit, or contract.
KSU Housing is also extremely easy to use. The only equipment needed is a computer with an Ethernet card (most recent PC's already have one). However, if you need an Ethernet card, they are available for purchase at the office at a discounted price and will be installed by an onsite technician free of charge.
