Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and students. Each student is responsible for their own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the Forms page of our website. If your child cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement or request a lease cancellation. Cancellation terms are listed in the Housing Contract.
