2010-2011 Important Dates and Information

January 11th 10:00am- Leasing for Incoming Freshman Begins

January 18th 10:00am- Feb. 22nd- Current Residents Renew Same Room

Feb 23rd- March 3rd- Pull In Requests for Returning Residents Accepted (in community offices)

March 15th 10:00am - March 25th- Displaced Residents Choose Rooms

March 26th 10:00am - March 31st- Voluntary Transfers Choose Rooms (in community offices)
April 1st 10:00am- Upperclass Open Leasing Begins

If you are a current resident of KSU Place Phase I building D or Phase II buildings 100 and 200, University Village building 2000, or University Village Suites buildings 3000 and 4000 your room is currently not available to be renewed. Between the dates 3/15/10 (10:00am) and 3/25/10 you will have an opportunity online to choose another room on campus to reserve for the 2010-2011 term. Please note that you will be required to vacate your room on July 28th and then move into your new room on the new contract start date. You will not be charged a transfer deposit.

If you are a current resident and are choosing to reserve a different room on campus for the 2010-2011 term, you will have the opportunity to do so between 3/26/10 and 3/31/10. Please contact the leasing office during the above period to choose your new room. This must be done in person in the leasing office. You must be prepared to pay the transfer deposit at the time that you reserve.
